Return Goods Policy:
Contact Alko Enterprises for return authorization (RGA) 1-405-848-2556
Products must be in original packaging and Alko must be notified within
Two weeks (14 days) of shipment and returned within thirty days to receive credit.
Any item shipped in error by Alko will be accepted freight collect by
Alko’s preferred carrier with no restocking charges.
Products returned that were the error of the customer will be at the expense
Of the customer, plus a 25% restocking fee will apply.
No credit given on any item returned after 30 days.
No credit will be given on Special Ordered or Custom Products,
Opened Products or if the Products cannot be resold because of exterior carton damage.
Policies for taking emergency orders:
Alko will take orders from 8:00AM to 4:30PM Monday thru Friday (CST). Although orders need to get to Alko by Noon to be shipped out the same day we will do whatever it takes to get your Emergency order
Out the same day.
Alko will pay the normal and special shipping charges to the customer and this will be added to the invoice.
